Meditation is a natural, straightforward practice that helps us cultivate inner peace and awareness. We are a small, welcoming meditation group based in Milton Keynes, meeting regularly once a month to sit together in stillness.

The Practice of Serene Reflection

No matter your background or current situation, sincere meditation offers a path to understand and accept yourself. We focus on Serene Reflection Meditation, an approach that is fully accessible to anyone.

It simply means sitting with an open mind. We allow thoughts and feelings—even difficult ones—to arise and pass naturally, without holding onto them or judging them. Gradually, this practice reveals that you are part of something whole and undivided; a quiet understanding that can transform how you experience daily life.

 

Joining Your First Sit Beginners are entirely welcome, and no special equipment is required.

  • If you are new to meditation: If you have never practised sitting in silence for 20 to 30 minutes, please get in touch with us before your first visit. We are happy to provide a brief introduction and guidance to help you settle in.

  • If you are comfortable sitting: If you already feel comfortable sitting quietly for this duration, you are very welcome to simply turn up on the evening and join us.
